Fooducopia is a site where small food producers sell their products. Many of them are local to my area, but others are from all over the country - but they're all small companies. Fooducopia provides products for me to work with and I create recipes specifically for those products.
To be clear, I'm not reviewing or endorsing the products that I write about, and I don't choose which ones I want to work with. I simply create the recipes for Fooducopia to post on its site and I re-post the recipes here for my readers as well.
If you want to buy the same products to make the identical recipes, that's great. If you want to browse Fooducopia's site and find other interesting products, that's great, too. On the other hand, you can certainly make substitutions, if you prefer.
While I'm not endorsing or reviewing the actual products, I stand behind my recipes. Rest assured that I liked whatever I made. I don't cook stuff we don't intend on eating, and I don't publish recipes if I'm not happy with the results.
