For Christmas, I got the new pasta extruder attachment for my Kitchenaid stand mixer.
The first thing I decided to try was the rotini.
It was fun, it was easy, and they came out great:

It wasn't too long after this that these lovely rotini hit the hot water and were united with a nice sauce.
