Wow! Despite the temptation, tis is not a saltlick for the chef! They are temperature/themal shock sensitive, so be careful with it. We don't want to hear about your ground salt. Your slab is unusually large, so please be extra careful. If it did not come with curing instructions (sadly, some do not), figure it out before you do anything more than smile and giggle.
