Stuffed Artichokes for #HolidayHosting with Anolon

I've been have soooo much fun working with so many different Anolon products to create different recipes. This time, I used the 3.5 quart chefs pan to cook some artichokes.

I still remember my first encounter with artichokes. I was in my late teens and I was a little terrified, but I had to act brave and adult. And everyone else at the dinner was so excited about them, it was reassuring.

And then I fell totally in love with them.

When I first learned how to prepare stuffed artichokes, it was a bit of a chore, since it involved removing the choke from the whole raw artichoke before cooking.

But then I figured out that half artichokes make more sense if you're eating these as an appetizer - and this method is easier, too.

You'll find the entire recipe over on Anolon's website. It's waiting for you RIGHT HERE.

Oh, but that's not all! I have a MEGA-GIVEAWAY for you.
